Clearer project archive and delete controls for team owners and admins, aligned with team roles.

Archive and delete controls in the project details panel now follow your team role, so the right people can manage project lifecycle actions without needing to be the member who originally created the project.

Archive and delete controls in the project details panel now appear for the team owner, regardless of which team member originally created the project. Previously, these controls could be hidden even when you owned the team.

Team admins can now archive projects from the project details panel. Only the team owner can delete a project. Archiving stops deployment and ongoing costs while keeping your data available for restoration; deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
